Ah yes, Memorial Day weekend - a holiday that most Americans do not even realize whom they are supposed remember. Most of the working class looks forward to this three-day weekend as a chance to relax and get away from work. However, many of which wind up doing anything but relaxing. They go on family vacations (which can be anything but a vacation from the parents' perspective), have friends/family over for BBQs, or get a chance to fix up the house or do some gardening. Thus, come Tuesday, they hardly even realized that their holiday weekend is gone, and thus must wait another month for that chance to come up again (Independence Day).
As for my family, I'm sending my wife and kid away on vacation (with her parents) - thus leaving the weekend open to do whatever I want. I have a couple of ideas, and I'm leaning towards one or two of them.
But would you do if you had a three-day weekend all to yourself?
